We propose a tower house, built in a remain of fortification wall, to rent for your holidays.
This house is in the heart of the village of Ginestas in Languedoc (South of France). It is ideally situated at crossroads of Carcassonne, Béziers and Narbonne, close to rivers, close to the sea, close to mountains, in countryside. Many vineyards stretch from the hill on which is settled the village down to the "Canal du Midi" (UNESCO world inheritage).
It's the only part of France, along the Mediterranean Sea, with no polluting industry where you can enjoy 300 days of sun a year !
We welcome you to the pays d'oc, with its cathar castles, city of Carcassonne, regional parks
of high Languedoc and protected landscapes of Minervois !

DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE AND PHOTOS
It's a stone house with exposed beams of a surface of 539 sq ft. It can comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 people all year long.
The house opens on a large, flowered and sunny dead end, where children may play away from vehicles, where you may have breakfast on warm days or relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the village in the evening, thanks to garden furniture provided.
The house is built on three floors, served by a staircase, with a theme of decoration in each room :
- On ground floor is the kitchen - dining room decorated in french countrystyle and dedicated to George Brassens, a famous songwriter of Languedoc. It is equipped with an electric cooker (ceramic hob and multifunction self-cleaning oven), a microwaves, a toaster, a stove top expresso maker, a kettle and a tea pot, a fridge, all the dishes and utensils necessary for a daily use and a complete crockery. The furniture is in perfect condition, although antique : an oak harvest table with chairs, a mahogany cabinet, a tall chimney cupboard and an oak work top. a washing machine and a clothes airer are also at your disposal.
The house is equipped with ceramic radiators on every floor for your comfort in winter.
It is endowed with two ecological mist-ventilator for your summer stay.
- The first floor is dedicated to the famous couple of painters Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo, and is decorated with true objects from Mexico. You'll find there the lounge, furnished with a large sofa bed for 2 persons and a large hidden drawer, a coffee table, a small bench, an antique prayer chair and coffer (containing games, books, and all the tourist informations necessary for your stay), a LCD TV equipped with digital television, and a dvd player.
- The last floor shelters the bedroom and the bathroom.
The bedroom, in the precious and warm colours of India, includes a double bed, a bedside with lamp, a wardrobe.
The bathroom, in Tiffany style includes a washbasin, a shower, a toilet and an airer fo the small linen.
